Mission
In the Financial Control Department of a Business Unit, a Product Family or a National Direction, the Management Controller draws up and analyzes information which is relevant and useful to manage a commercial, industrial or development activity.
Responsibilities
He/She participates in drawing up forecasts and budgets,
He/She is in charge of occasional activity analysis and assesses the cost of forecasts,
He/She is involved in the implementation of control procedures and ensures the compliance with procedures,
He/She is in charge of the reporting process,
According to his experience, he manages a Management Control team.
Profile
He/She graduated from a Business School or Engineer School. He has a strong ability to analyze and summarize,
Meticulous and reliable, he fosters improvement in his team.
Future
After 2 or 3 years, he can evolve as a Management Controller in a bigger business unit in any country where the Group is present or as a Financial Controller.
